Can't PAY with my card???

After trying to upgrade to the business plan they said your transaction is declined.
After couple of times trying they said: You have exceeded the maximum number of declines on this card in the last 24 hour period. Please contact us via https://support.stripe.com/contact if you need further assistance.
I have funds on my card and I don’t understand what’s the problem, I also made a new WordPress account but it was the same.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried contacting the credit card issuer/bank regarding this?
Also, please try using a different card or payment method and see if that works.
While we can see that the payment attempts are being declined, they aren’t caused by anything on our end. So we aren’t able to troubleshoot this further. I strongly recommend reaching out to the card issuer/bank to see if they can check what’s causing the payments to be declined.
