  What site are you talking about as https://communityaccountabilitydotorg.wordpress.com/ has never been used?

  If you are talking about communityaccountability.org, that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://communityaccountability.org – but is self-hosted. To get help you must head over to wordpress.org.

  Although the domain you mentioned is registered here at WordPress.com, the nameservers are set to host the site at Siteground, so there’s where you’d need to ask for support.

  That said, this may be a browser issue.
