Can't post because I'm not getting the confirmation Email

  The Confirmation Email is not being received and I’m not able to post anything.

  Hi there!

  Could you please tell me the email address where you’re expecting to see that confirmation email? Only you and I will be able to see it. It will be redacted on the forum.

  Also, can you confirm you’ve checked your Spam folder, as well as the Social and Promotional tabs?

  The email address on my account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) is where the confirmation email should be going.

  I have checked all of the spam folders. On that particular user account, I’ve also tried change the email address, but that doesn’t work either. I want it to use (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hey there,

  I’ve resent twice to your gmail account.

  If you’re not seeing it, it might be due to some discrepancy in the user names attached to the site.

  Could you clarify that the site should have two users:
  art03001
  wheelskeeponspinning

  If this is the case, are you both having this issue? Which one of you is the owner of the site?
