Can’t post blog??

I created my domain name a couple weeks ago with the intent purpose of documented everything going on since quitting my job. Basically, posting a weekly update for mainly my information. Today is supposed to be the day for that weekly post….
But I can’t. Every time I click to add new post, it tells me the following:
‘The requested URL was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’
Originally, by browser was trying to tell me it was an unsafe site, now it just gives me that error.

What is the URL of your site as it looks you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org.

As @staartmees mentioned above it looks you are talking about a site using the open-source wordpress.org.
Your site ninthekitty.com is using WordPress.org platform. Please contact your hosting provider (BlueHost) for this issue.
