Can't post blog or upload pics!

The upper left side of my blog, where my blog name appears and I access my Dashboard, et.al., has sort of disappeared. I can see it peeking out from my blog, but it is as if it moved behind the page and I can not click on it. I have been unable to post a new blog or upload pics for 2 weeks. I have tried everything I know to fix it. HELP!!

I am using Firefox 11 and see your blog linked to your username displaying properly. Here are the troublehooting tips you can try:
1. How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.
