  I am signed in but when I try to comment on another wordpress blog, I get the notice “You do not own this identity” and my comment does not post.

  What is the URL of your WordPress.com blog? (starting with https://…)

  You are trying to post a comment on a Blogger ie. blogspot.com blog. See here for an explanation and what you can do: Crazymaking Blogger Comment Settings
