Can’t post from one ISP’s webmail

    I have enabled post-by-email and it works just fine except that when we try to post from one ISP’s webmail service, it doesn’t work. I have accessed the webmail from various computers and two different accounts and it consistently is unsuccessful in posting any article. The webmail account says the message was sent and I do not receive any delivery failure messages. The webmail application being used by the ISP is “@mail “. This is one of those situations where I’m not even sure whose problem it is, but I thought no harm in asking anyway.
