Can't post new articles under tabs

  I am running an ezine website and for whatever reason I can’t find where to update under each tab. I see where I can do one entry, but I want it so that you can see past entries as you would in a blog under each individual section.

  For example if you looked under featured you would see

  Featured
  article 5
  article 4
  article 3
  etc.

  How do I fix this? Thank you so much :)
