Can't post to support

  OK, so it’s pretty bad when you’re not even smart enough to post in a help forum. BUT, that seems to be the case. I’ve posted previously, but now when I post, I hit “submit” and receive the message “Topic Closed”. Then my post appears as posted by “admin” and the entry is blank. This happened a couple of days ago, but I too busy then to try again.

  What am I doing wrong?
