Can't preview site while logged into wordpress

If I’m logged into the WordPress Dashboard, I can’t actually view my site by using our URL. Additionally If I want to preview a post, the page just keeps refreshing without being able to see anything.
If I log out, it’s fine but why can’t I do both simultaneously?

Could you elaborate on what happens when you enter your site URL (theclinds.com) when you’re logged into WordPress.com? Does the page not load or do you receive some sort of error message?
Regarding previewing the page, is the preview pop-up somehow being blocked by your browser?

Sure, it’s as if the page is about to load and then it just refreshes… perpetually. You never see anything, no errors, just a blank page.
It’s the same thing for the preview page, it simply won’t load it. Using the old wordpress dashboard I could preview but the new one doesn’t seem to let me.

Could you try another browser like Firefox for example? I’d like to see if this is browser-related for some reason.

It seems like they all have their little quirks.
Firefox, won’t allow me to log in to wordpress. I enter my username and password, then it asks for my SMS code. When I enter that I just sends me back to the log in page. No errors or anything.
Safari has the same problem as Chrome (which is what I normally use)
Guess I’d better try netscape navigator next…

It sounds like there might be some cookie-related settings that are causing havoc here. If you click “Remember this code for 30 days,” it should do just that. Can you try the following, which will reset Firefox?

Please note, this will reset all of the following:
Extensions and themes, website permissions, modified preferences, added search engines, download history, DOM storage, security settings, download actions, plugin settings, toolbar customizations, user styles and social features will be removed.
I’m hoping a clean setup of Firefox will resolve this. That way, we can check out the settings for the other browsers to make sure they’re setup correctly.
