Cant Print Shipping Label

We have WooCommerce shipping installed on our site. When we go to print a shipping lapel it asks us to add a payment card, we do that and nothing changes. We have tried created, new accounts using different email address, we have tried installing/Uninstalling the plugin, nothing seems to work to get this issue resolved. We have tried all of the standard troubleshooting steps, like deactivating all plugins, switching themes, etc.

Hi there! This is a known and incredibly frustrating issue that usually happens when there is a ‘sync’ disconnect between your WooCommerce account and the WordPress.com/Jetpack billing system that powers the shipping labels. Since you have already tried the standard troubleshooting of switching themes and disabling plugins, the problem isn’t on your site—it’s likely an authorization ‘loop’ on the payment gateway side. Before reaching out to support, try going to your WordPress.com account dashboard directly (the account connected to your Jetpack) and adding the card under the ‘Me > Purchases > Payment Methods’ section there, rather than through the WooCommerce plugin interface. If that doesn’t break the loop for golfgifts4u.com, you’ll need to contact WooCommerce support directly so they can manually clear the ‘Pending’ status on your shipping account, as this is often a backend billing flag that we can’t fix from the site dashboard!
