cant proceed onto my backend of wordpress without update…

    I have let my wordpress get out of date and was going to sort out very soon.
    Problem is i need to access the back end and now i cant get in as only have a option of a blue box asking to update site before proceeding…
    How can i access back end without updating.. (note i cant update yet as last time my website crashed on update.. the designer put custom code in that was not compatible with update),

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here was only created 7 hours ago and doesn’t own any sites with us.

    If you’re trying to access a WordPress site hosted somewhere else, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider for help with this, or ask for advice in https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead. We can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com in this forum.

    i own the account – website..
    it has now been resolved thankyou.
    in future i am sure to include al deatils.
