Can’t proceed with payment, account is diasbled.

I created a new WordPress account to transfer an existing domain. I selected the eCommerce package. Unfortunately, I can’t proceed with the payment as my account is tagged as disabled. I sent a message to WordPress contact support but to no avail as of this writing. Please advice.
