Can’t process refund

    My account was closed but I have not received the refund email nor have I received the refund. Help! I’ve tried going through Manage my Purchases but it shows I have none. When I look up why I was charged it shows the charge but there’s no way to ask for a refund from that page. What can I do?

    I can see we issued the refund on November 4th. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
