Can't publish

    After accidently clicking to buy a plan, I changed back to free. I still can’t edit or publish anything. Ideas?

    Hi there,

    Whether or not you buy a plan has no effect on whether or not you can publish.

    The only thing that can prevent you from being able to publish is if your account was unverified, or if it was locked due to a chargeback or terms of service violation, and none of those apply in your case.

    Can you tell me exactly what happens when you try to publish?

    Does it make any difference to clear your browser cache, or to use a different browser?
