Can't publish ?

I have a new blog all ready to go and I click publish and
nothing happens ? I have used 51 % of my alloted space
and have never in 109 postings had this issue ? Ideas ?(email visible only to moderators and staff)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Generally speaking when we click links and they are not active that’s an issue at the blogger’s end of things. Staff will benefit from you providing your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

Still looking into my delay in loading issue and my browser keeps saying it is waiting for information from luminate.com which is some new advertising strategies which now has an ad ontop of my featured photo and if you click it it takes you off my site. I found this article on USA Today about how this is some new strategy to get hits off my photos, is this a service running through wordpress.com

As TimeThief explained, Luminate is a new type of ad unit we’re testing. I went ahead and removed them from your site per your request in the other thread. Also, did you see my reply here?
