Can't publish any post

  I’ve been having troubles simply publishing a post. There is no reason to the error other than the comment ‘publishing of post failed’. I’ve done others but now I can’t do any on any pc I use so I assume it’s related to my account which is strange considering I haven’t changed any settings.
