Can't publish Blog Post

I am trying to publish a blog post on our blog and when I try to edit, get the preview, or even publish the blog it opens up another window with the following message: ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress’. There is a link for debugging but I cannot make sense of what it is saying. Do you know how I could fix this problem so I can publish my blog post? I also do not have access to the admin email inbox which they are mentioning
