Can't Publish Pages – Confirm Email

    I can’t publish a page for my site I’m creating. We have the correct email address (listed below). It did not send a confirmation email to me. I tried even resending the email. Please help. I have the error copied below for referrence. Please reply to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hello Elisabeth,

    Be sure to double- and triple-check the email address spelling, and also check your spam/junk email folders in case your email provider filtered the messages.

    There are also some issues specific to Gmail – this forum strips out email addresses, so I am unable to see what your address is, but definitely check out that link if you use Gmail.

    I had to set up a new email through gmail to have it set up. I guess the .edu email wasn’t accepting it.

    I’m glad you were able to find a workaround! The message was probably getting stuck in an overzealous university mail server spam filter.
