  Hi there, any card declinations like this tend to come from your bank/card provider, and not from WordPress.com. I checked your account but we don’t receive information about why this occured – the best thing to do is to contact your bank (or other card provider). They can better tell you if they are refusing the transaction for some reason, for example if their system flagged your purchase and they want to be sure to protect you.
