can’t purchase

    tried to put my details and purchase and got a message saying: ‘purchases are unavailable’. would like to understand the reason.

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
