Can't Purchase Custom Design

  I can’t purchase Custom Design. WordPress only gives me the option to buy premium or business when I click on the Custom Design link.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll have to access the Store from within your Dashboard.

  I have started a new blog with a different email and am getting the same redirect. The paid-upgrades.php page links me directly to the WordPress.com plans page: https://wordpress.com/plans/77002732/.

  I have tried every possible way of accessing the WordPress.com Custom Design purchase page, and I always get redirected to the Plans.
