Can’t purchase domain mapping upgrade

Hello all,
I can’t seem to find where I purchase credits for domain mapping.
I already own http://www.sircraftalot.com and I’ve tried mapping using WordPress’s IP number.
I then realized I have to purchase credits first.
I have tried My Dashboard>Settings>Domains and I don’t see where I purchase the credits. All I get is where I enter the domain name… and I’ve tried to enter my domain name, wait 72 hours, and still get “Page not found”.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks much!

Someone said that they disabled the domain mapping thing over the weekend. Support will open up in a couple of hours. Wait until then.

uh. just signed up for a wordpress account because it supported domain mapping. now I can’t seem to set it up. what gives?

I have a domain http://www.roselyngallery.co.za, the host assures me the server is pointing to wordpress.com, and I have left it for loads of hours and I still get the same message when I try upgrade (as below). Please help!

Hey Sircraftalot, I just posted this same question in another section, but I’ll let you know if I find the answer. It’s gotta be disabled because it should be listed right there with the rest of the upgrades you can purchases…

Hey SirCraftALot,
I would go back and make sure your nameserver changes went through correctly. My changes were still process this morning, but its all fixed now and the changes went through in less than 5 minutes. Then I tried it again and it took me to the page where I can buy the credits. So, it wasn’t a wordpress problem…I’m just an idiot. ; )
