can't purchase domain name

  Hi

  I’m trying to change my domain name and following instructions – but when I go to store / domains I get the following message –

  “Before we can map this domain to your site, you’ll need to purchase a domain mapping upgrade. We’ll still host and take care of all that other hard stuff for you.”

  But every time I try and purchase a domain name from the store it brings me back to the same mapping upgrade page… I’m not being given the option to purchase anywhere….
