Can’t purchase plan

    Hi, I’m trying to purchase a business subscription for a new WooCommerce account, but I’m not able to check out. I’m getting an error to make sure the postal code field is valid. I’ve checked the postal code and tried entering both my 5-digit and nine digit postal codes but get the same error.

  • Hi @hellowhrld, sorry to hear that! The post code validator is usually related to a domain purchase, so would you be willing to go ahead and purchase the plan but skip the domain option? That way you can get in touch with support privately via chat, and provide your location and the zip code you’ve tried.

    Or if you’re comfortably sharing that publicly, you can do that here; we can then redact so only staff will see it.
