Can't purchase premium?

  Hi there,

  I’ve had my blog with yourselves now for nearly 3 years and love the site! :). however, I recently wanted to purchase the premium for the year and I’ve tried about 4-5 times now and it wont accept card payment saying it declined? Any reason why? I really want to buy this premium.

  If someone could just get help me that’d be fab.

  I have :/ And when I go and put my Visa debit card number in, it just says no?

  Hi Charlotte,

  Sorry to hear you’ve been having problems with this!

  From looking at your account I am seeing an error that indicates your bank might be blocking the payment to WordPress.com. I’d recommend contacting them to see why this might be the case. In the meantime, do you have another card you could try making the payment with?
