Can't put image in header of Manifest theme
-
Just switched to Manifest. Over two days, I have repeatedly tried to put an image in the header. I have tried four or five totally different images. No dice. It always ends up telling me the same thing: “Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.”
Who knows something I don’t? Thanks in advance.

What’s the file type of the image? It must be a JPG or a PNG or a GIF. And it’s better if it’s in the exact pixel dimensions the theme specifies.

They are all jpg, and all are rejected. It goes through the entire installation process, including the cropping, etc., till the very end when it invariably tells me to go back and try again.

A light bulb just flashed on above my noodle. Try a different browser, I told myself. I normally use Chrome. So I opened Firefox, and it worked immediately.
So, problem solved. Thanks anyway.

Yes, a browser issue would have been the next thing to consider.
The most reliable browsers are Safari and Firefox.
