Cant put switchpod podcast player in my blog?

Im trying to post a flash player that puts my podcast on my blog heres the code

It isn’t letting me to it!!!

No one can help you do that, but we can explain why it’s not working.
Flash and javascript are not allowed in WordPress blogs. The only players you can have are Google video, YouTube, Odeo and that new Switch(? I think it’s called) music player. This is because we all share a blogging platform here and if one person introduced something with a vulnerability to hackers, we’d all be exposed.
