cant re post my feature image above my title, help

  I place a banner on my blog it initially went up and looked good, however I have multiple of the same so I delete them and is so going deleted the one I was using NOW whilst I have it on the left in feature image after re-loading it BUT can get it back up above my title, see pantopaquemyodil can you help me please. thanks in advance

  You may add a custom header image at the Customize page, or at Appearance > Header.
