Can’t re-send WordPress.com Activation Email?
-
Hi all – I am working on a site while signed into one profile via WooCommerce, however, each time I go to seek support, it requires me to go to wordpress.com and sign-in. I created a user account, but when I sign-in, it stops and tells me the account isn’t yet activated, and that I need to find the email (which never was sent to me). So… I created another account and that time, WordPress.com DID send me an activation email… SOOOO – how do I get WordPress.com to resend me an activation email for my original account which is tied to my WooCommerce account & subscription purchases?

Hi there!
We’ll be happy to help you out, but we’ll need to know what’s the username of that other account.

Does it make a difference that my site is not actually being built in wordpress.com? I have a separate hosting environment and am building it there.

Hi there,
Yes it does. We are only able to help with sites hosted directly on WordPress.com. If you are looking for help with your WordPress site hosted through another provider, that is available here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
If you are having trouble with WooCommerce specifically, we are not able to help with that here as well since we do not offer WooCommerce by default on WordPress.com. But you can find assistance here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0
Hope that helps!
