can't re-upgrade my storage with the same Plan

hi everybody,
I need help in order to upgrade my old plan of Storage, in my WordPress blog.the story, to understand:
after 10 mounths from the launch of my brend new blog, my 3GB of free storage were full. So I upgraded a new plan of storage, called “10GB Space Upgrade”…. 20 euro per annum.
Next year, my storage was 6,8GB occupied on 13GB available, I renew the same plan, other 20 euro. That’s ok.
This year, they tell me I have 8,5GB occupied on 3GB available…but they offer me other plan, much more expensive, and I can’t find how to renew my old plan (with 10GB per 20 euro a year)….The plan I have in the offer they send me is 13 GB for 8,5 euro a mounth!
Why I don’t find my old plan in the range of possibilities?
