Can’t Reach My Admin Page/Site Management

  Trying to reach my account to make changes to my site but the request just times out. Using my domain/admin as usual but nothing. Anyone else having this issue or know of a cause?

  Hi Charlie – because your site is hosted elsewhere, we’re not able to use our tools to help you get to the bottom of the issue you describe.

  We recommend trying two things.

  1. Contact your host and give them the exact error message and see if they can help.

  2. Reach out for help in the WordPress.org support forums and get some help from the community: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
