Can't reach the admin page after updating

I cannot reach the admin page since I’ve updated my site. The site itself is still online. I can view statistics, my profile etc. But when I want to customize my website or add a web page I get a warning that I have to update my Jetpack plugin. When I click the button I get a blank page. My website is a free website on wordpress.com so I can’t reach my files by ftp!

If your site is asking you to update JetPack and you have an update button to do this as well as the ability to update your WordPress then you would have a self hosted site. With the WordPress.com sites there is no ability to update WordPress or add plugins / update them, it is all done automatically.If you are having difficulty with your plugin for JetPack you could always try uninstalling it and reinstalling it again. You can also receive more support for your site and plugins at the forums on WordPress.org since they do offer help for those types of things there. Here is a link their support area.
