Can't recall admin username/email

I have a site that’s hosted on wordpress. I don’t know the admin email/username. Is there a way to get access? Is there a way to figure out the admin email?
The admin email used to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I transferred it to some other email of mine 2 years back. I can’t recall that email.

I have come across a wordpress blog that was created by a former marketing director at my work.I do not know the username, password or email address associated with the blog, but need it to be taken down.
