can’t receive emails but all seems ok with my domain

I am unable to receive emails to my (bellytobaby) domain email that is routed through google workspace. It has been fine then all of a sudden all emails sent to me are sent back
to sender with a message of ‘delivery incomplete’
I am unable to get notifications of any help from the help center because I cannot access my email. I am at a loss of how to find a solution. WordPress please help me :(WP.com: Yes

I can see you have the google email set up for bellytobaby.org. However, the domain registration and hosting plans need to also be active somewhere in order for that to work. Are you planning to host the site with us here on WordPress.com?
To summarize, the email isn’t going to work until the domain is registered and there’s a hosting plan. Let us know how you want to move forward. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply !! :) The email has always worked until a few days ago. Last year I moved the hosting to google workspace because we opted out of the website option, what I understood was I needed to pay wordpress yearly for the domain name and that I pay google monthly for this email to route through my gmail inbox? Since then it has been fine. Nothing has changed until I stopped receiving emails. From what I can see in my wordpress account everything is as usual, set to yearly renew domain end of this month.

bellytobaby.orgwas canceled. We should still be able to recover this domain for you but you must pay the domain renewal fee as soon as possible. A payment request was sent to you via email. Can you please let me know if you received that? -
I am unable to receive emails at the email connected to the domain, that is what prompted me to realize something was wrong on this side. I changed the email associated with the account hoping that could help with correspondence. I would really like to get this recovered ASAP. I have also emailed ‘help’ twice but I get pointed to the forum or told to renew… that is not an option for me in the purchase/renew section. I only have my professional email that will auto renew but the domain isn’t there to renew or I would
