The fact that the login screen is prompting for a code but no email is arriving strongly suggests that Two-Step Authentication (2FA) is enabled on the account using an SMS text message or an Authenticator App (like Google Authenticator) rather than email. Your client is likely checking their inbox while the system is waiting for them to enter a code sent to their mobile phone number or generated inside a security app. If they check their phone and still cannot find the code, or if they have lost access to that specific phone number/device, they must use the WordPress.com Account Recovery Form. This form allows them to regain access by providing proof of ownership—specifically, the Transaction ID or Activation Code that appears on their bank statement or credit card bill for the servacrestore.com purchase—which the support team will use to verify their identity and manually disable the authentication block.

Hi there!
The email with login code would be sent to the email on file for the account. It is possible that you are checking the wrong email address.
If you are unsure about the email address on the WordPress.com account, I suggest filling out the account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
I’d also like to clarify that the domain servacrestore.com is not registered with WordPress.com.
As indicated here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/servacrestore.com , that domain is with Squarespace and is using Google’s name servers.
If your goal is to manage the domain and its DNS records, you’d want to log in to your Squarespace account, not the WordPress.com account.

Nigel
