Are you referring to the activation email from WordPress.com? If so, have you looked for it in your spam filter? If you use Gmail or Google Apps, please have a look at this support page for assistance: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
Did you use the correct email? You can check it at account settings. If the email is incorrect, update it and click the Save Account Settings button. There’ll be a message saying that there’s a pending change. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link within to verify your email address.
If neither of the above solve the problem, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
