Can't receive verification code

    Hello ! I created this account to contact you because I haven’t found any contact e-mail. So, I have my main account on wordpress with the username : carmenfortis and using the e-mail : (email visible only to moderators and staff) and can’t access it because I can’t receive the verification code through sms : I have no idea how to access my blog otherwise and wouldn’t like to lose it because it’s something I value a lot and care about. So I would like to ask you kindly if there’s any possibility you can help me out to log in my account ? I also changed the password today, thought it might help to log in but the sms wouldn’t arrive.
