Can't receive verify email

  can’t receive my verify email to post my first post, I’ve sent several times and checked my spam inbox it’s also empty, anybody help me here? That’s diving my crazy. I am using the exchange email. HHHHEEEELLLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!!
