Can’t reconnect my site after server move

After my site was moved to a new server today, it lost connection to wordpress.com and jetpack. Now, Jetpack won’t connect and when I try to add the domain back to my account in https://wordpress.com/start/import/domains/use-your-domain I get “limit reached” error. What can be the problem here?

I’ve checked it, and the site cutopal.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
