Cant reconnect to FB twitter or any other

  Hi ,
  everytime i try to reconnect to FB or the other sites…so my posts show up there, i keep getting this error

  Invalid/missing Keyring core nonce. All core actions require a valid nonce

  what do i do? I tried taking out of my Fb account and reconnecting and i keep getting that error message.
