Can’t Recover Account

  The account recovery page says I should be able to do a lost password to recover my account, but I know my password, so when I log-in, it says this account has been closed – use the account recovery page. So I am stuck in this loop of going nowhere. I have the receipt in my hand but it says it is not a valid receipt or transaction number. So this is super frustrating. How do I get back into my account when I need info out of it?

  Note: I had to log into my personal wordpress account, and do not need assistance with this account. I need assistance with my business page that I can not gain access to.

  Did you ever receive an email about the account being closed? Something like a confirmation of closure?

  No because the email linked to the account was cancelled before I realized that it was linked to my wordpress.
