Can’t recover my password

  Hi, I changed my password, went to log in and it’s not recognised, requested a new password to my gmail account and nothing, how do I get into my website

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For account recovery, please fill out the account recovery form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and the staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

  What site are you trying to access, please?

  
  @kosiew, before replying with a detailed predef on account recovery it might be good to first make sure if the user is actually trying to log into a WordPress.com or a self-hosted site.
