Can't recreate my blog on the same domain

  I created a blog on swankylynx.tech.blog and then I removed it, but it wasn’t removed and still accessible. So, how can I completely remove this blog and create new one on the same domain swankylynx.tech.blog?

  I’ve been trying create another one blog, but it shows me option with blogname.wordpress.com… I don’t want this one, I want that with .tech.blog
