Can’t redirect our links – PLEASE Help

    My site was suspended. I have set up a new site with my own hosting, name, etc. I now would like to redirect all the links to my new site. I can NOT find a place to do this. There is this link https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/, but I can’t get anywhere from any of the links. They go back to my old structure and it says I don’t have a site. I see that it would cost me $13 a year which is fine, but it won’t allow me to do it. Is there a way I can do this so I don’t lose all my links attached to the posts? I would really hate to lose 7 years worth of posting and all the links that have been made.
