Can't reduce image size
-
I have reduced the size of 3 images because the versions that show on the front page are too large and cover part of the right column. I have gone in and changed and reduced the images but it only shows on the page that’s linked to the front page article, but doesn’t reflect on the front page itself. What am I doing wrong?

It seems like you may have removed the images.
Were you able to resolve the problem? If not, would you please put them back so I can take a look?
-
No, they are still there. On the front page under “Paisley Kitchen Reno Complete!” there are 2 pictures (one file). I want those replaced with the photos that show when you click on the link.
I replaced them under “edit post” but it only replaced the files on the linked page not the front page. How do I get rid of the photos on the front page and replace them with the photos on the linked page. Shouldn’t they be one and the same?

I’m not sure what you mean, I don’t see any photos there.
See this screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/042w0u0g2i37
If you see something different, would you please take a screenshot and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard?

Ok now I’ve just refreshed my screen and its now showing what you see. Still doesn’t explain what happened though, how those images appeared on the front page (client uploaded them, but I’d like to explain to her what she did wrong).
Thanks!

Just had my client contact me. I’m seeing a broken pic link (I think that’s what the little icon is) showing now. Still something going wrong here under the “Paisley Kitchen Reno Complete”. Please help!

Hm, I’m still not seeing it. Would you please take a screenshot and upload it via Media -> Add New so I can take a look.

Ok, that is very odd. I still see what I saw in the previous screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/042w0u0g2i37
Would you please tell us which browser (and version of) you were using when you saw the broken image?
-
I’m using Google Chrome Version 21.0.1180.75.
Just checked the page using Firefox 14.0.1 and it looks fine.
Looked at it using Safari Version 5.1.7 (6534.57.2) and it looks the same as Chrome (ie question mark icon but in Chrome its a broken style icon)

Ok, I do see it in Chrome. It looks like it’s trying to bring up a Featured image that no longer exists.
Does it go away if you set any other featured image? If so, try removing it again to see if it comes back.

I had to delete the article and re-post it. That was the only way to get rid of it. Tried everything.
