  You can cancel the WordPress.com Personal plan by clicking here and clicking Cancel and Refund at the bottom of the page. To cancel the domain, you can click here and follow the same instructions.

  Please note that if you cancel the domain, you won’t be able to register it elsewhere for about a week.
