Can't refund cancelled Theme?

    Hello!

    I have purchased the premium theme Traveler, which I would like to refund.

    I followed the instructions to refund and received an email from WordPress regarding “Request to cancel premium theme”.

    However, upon clicking on the confirmation link i get to a WordPress Failure Notice screen that says “Are you sure you want to do this?”, but there is no button or option to click.

    I’ve noticed that others have had the same problem. How can I complete the refund?

    Looking forward to a reply and some assistance. Thanks in advance!

    I can confirm that your theme has been refunded. Note that it can take up to a week before you see the refund on your statement. Please let us know if you need any further assistance :)
