can’t register another blog

  i have saveral blog, but when i try to register another blog, here the messege
  “Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it”
  i try it saveral time and contact them, but no response.
  anyone could solve it?

  I C. That’s too long. And when you tried today, the same error occurs?
  Have you tried using a different browser?
  Have you tried after clearing the cache and cookies in your browser?

  yeah,.. the same error occurs again.
  i use a new installed PC and i tried it in firefox & IE.
