Can't register for blog

So I just signed up for a WordPress account. However, when I go to set up a blog I can’t put in the blog address I want. There is a section that says blog address,but the place where you would type it in isn’t there. Since I can’t put it in, I can’t set up my blog. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Wow that Support Bot is a bit mean, I think he should be way more cheerful. Although now I think he should be sheepish because clearly he’s got the wrong end of the stick.
I am having the same issue while trying to start a second blog on wordpress.COM.
The text box to input an address is missing from under the section so it won’t allow me to click continue despite all the other sections being completed.

The problem seems to have resolved itself, have a second go gamefox. It should be working now.
